I'm a recent graduate of 2 year photography program at Seneca College in Toronto, Canada. Since graduating I've worked as Jr. Photographer at a giftware company 'Ganz' and assisted multiple photographers at a variety of different photoshoots including portraits and products. I'm eager to assist on any type of shoot and learn as much as I can.
I've been a London based freelance assistant (part time) for about four years and am looking to continue to build professional relationships with photographers who are willing to help me learn. Working in the advertising sector I'm happy to work from 2nd assistant through to front of house or production roles. For corporate photography I can work as a 1st assistant. I have excellent client facing skills, I can work flexible hours along with providing transportation (clean driving license). I'm a hard worker, hungry to learn and don't mind doing menial tasks such as sweeping floors and keeping the team fed and watered. All of this comes with enthusiasm and a good sense of humour. Technical skills include: Photoshop, Capture One, Lightroom (light use), DSLRs (mainly Nikon), Hasselblad (film and digi), Elinchrom, Bowens and Profoto, some continuous lighting and off camera flash. InDesign, Illustrator & Microsoft Office Creative skills include over ten years idea generation (graphic designer) and Art Direction along with some styling. I enjoy all areas of photography but most of my experience lies in corporate portraiture (shooting my own commissions), advertising and a little fashion. I'm particularly interested in working in the commercial sector.

Ingrid grew up in Hungary where enjoyed art and craft at first school and developed her creativity while studying fashion at high school. She has always loved being creative and wanted to study fashion design. She found also that she was always interested in properties and interior design. But what she have really loved doing is looking at photos of designed properties, fashion or any features that has been taken from an unusual angle. She met professional photography first time as a model but soon realised that she preferred spending time behind the camera a lot more than in front of it. She is a full time photography student at LCCA and ready to explore.
Originally from Sweden, I am London-based and am currently in a career transition, from the world of finance into photography, focusing on fashion and portraits. Studio & location experience. Hardware skills: Canon (DSLR & Speedlites), Nikon, Elinchrom (flash & SkyPort), Profoto (flash & Air remote), Bowens, Norman, Sekonic, PocketWizard. Software skills: Photoshop CC (from CS2), Lightroom (1-5), Capture One Pro 7, MS Office (95-2013), social media, WordPress, html, Windows (3-8), Mac OSX

I absolutely love taking photos and am currently a contributor for Getty's i Stock. In my own work I specialise in landscapes and travel photography however I am eager to enter the world of fashion and portraiture. I worked for Tony McGee for 9 months where I assisted him in all aspects of fashion and fine art including lighting and studio setups to helping him with his book launch. I have my own mini studio at home where I do my own fashion stuff and actors headshots (www.amheadshots.co.uk). I am a great worker, I am always 10 minutes early and I make delicious brownies. I'm a young, enthusiastic photography student who has currently just finished my NC year at college. Having completed my NC year successfully, I have now been accepted to study at HNC level after the summer at Ayrshire College's Kilwinning Campus. I'm extremely excited for the big jump as I feel I'm prepared enough to take on the first steps of becoming a professional. Studying at NC level this year has been very beneficial in terms of building up my confidence and basic skills within the field. I've really enjoyed the experience so far but I now feel that I'm ready to take the next step. I'd love to be able to assist a photographer in order to build up my experience, but also to meet the professionals and see how they've made photography into their own career. In photography, I feel like having contacts within the field can be a very important thing for the future, so I'd love to be able to work with people who have similar interests and who can also guide me to where I want to be in the future. Since I've only been studying the subject for a year now, I'm still not 100% sure which genre of the field interests me the most because I've loved the variety of study so far. I'd be thrilled to become a photographic assistant in any area of the field as it's still experience at the end of the day. I've recently only turned 18 years old which I also find to be a great advantage as I have nothing to hold me back in terms of age and I am fully flexible in terms of travel and time. I left school a year early to pursue my dream of becoming a photographer by going to college and studying from the bottom. I'm confident that I'll eventually get somewhere by starting from the bottom in terms of work/study as I feel that being patient for something that you really want is the best way to go about things. If you're patient and work hard enough to achieve a goal then great things will soon come along. Ayrshire and Arran is a great region to live in as we're surrounded by beautiful scenery and there's a lot going on photography wise. It's mainly social photography in this area but I feel like it's a beneficial field to get involved in. There's hundreds of events going on throughout the year so there's always something to get stuck into and photograph. In terms of becoming an assistant, I'd be thrilled if I was just holding camera equipment or even simply making cups of tea every so often, just anything that will help me to get involved and be helpful in any way possible. Thanks very much for your time.
