Hi I'm Ed, a freelance photographer and assistant based in Manchester. I studied BA Photography at Manchester School of Art and recently completed my MA in Documentary Photography from the University of South Wales, supporting myself throughout both courses working freelance. My own practice is in documentary and landscape photography but typically I assist photographers on portrait, industrial, food, and studio shoots as well as interviews. I shoot myself with Fuji GFX and Leica M/L systems with Godox lighting. I have further experience through other photographers I have worked with on, with Canon & Nikon, tethering to both LR & C1, backing up using Syncback & Chronosync as well as Profoto & Elinchrom lighting. Additionally I work across 35mm/MF/LF film, having used most systems, developing and scanning at home. I'm based in South Manchester and run 2 cars of my own which swallow a lot of kit and are insured for business use. Happy to provide some BTS/B-roll on your spare camera if needed.
